- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This particular store pre FSA were thieving from customers. They were taking massive admin fee's without the customers knowledge. When I joined them a year or so after the FSA regulations were put in place they could no longer do this but the consultants did bragg about how much they had ripped of the customers before.
