  We can't thank everyone at Dragon Vets enough. Our dog 'Daddy' was brought in under emergency circumstances and the speed of thought and effort shown by the team helped to save his life - and for that we'll be forever grateful. Dragon Vets not only provide expert care but they also show a real sense of compassion and understanding of how much our pets mean to us. I have been registered with other vets in the Cheltenham area in the past, but moved to join The Vet Centre in Charlton Kings, Dragon's sister practice and we are so thankful we did. They're without a doubt the best and most caring vets in Cheltenham and we'll be with them as long as our dogs are with us - I couldn't recommend them enough : )

  HI to all .I took my dog to dragon vets in July this year, it was after 6pm so I guess it was a different vets that took over after 6 as I was told by the vet , now I was told that my dog had kidney failure followed by a possible tumour so he was in a bad way, so of course I had him taken straight in at a cost of £500 for 1 night (discuting) now this was not dragon vets charging me it was another company , anyway dragon vets took over in the morning and he remain in there for 4 days at a cost of £1500 he never had a scan of the tumour in prostate but his lungs was checked by x ray and they were clear .they told me he was to weak to go under anesetic after 4 days of flushing his kidneys out he was better....' At night i would ring to see if he was okay they were adamant to have him put down by the monday so they said they will release him back for the weekend ..and he was released home on the Thursday. .I was told that that he would only last the weekend .. Anyway he got past the weekend fine still poorly but still wanted to go out and eat and carried on but by the end of the week after that he was slowly eating exc in the mean time of my dog being ill we paid 500 for the first and then other payments was being made but also we agreed the rest by direct debit and yes they are being paid monthly .. 1 of the vets did say to me that I am wasting my Money on my beautiful animal I was shocked when he said that I did have him put down at the end of the week he was still walking but I didn't want him to suffer I wish I had took him to a different vet ..my mother took her dog to a vet in the forest the dog had cancer and they have cut it out and day by day she is okay This company seems to be more interested in money than a animals life .I found a injured fox on the road and I went to them and rang them outside now the Fox was dying and they told me to ring rspca I told them I was outside again he said we're busy but I will come out by the time the vet came out the Fox was dead You need to look at the attitude of these vets in wish I never took my dog there is believe he could of still been here today ...
